With a built in 10W speaker, the HD29H gives relatively good sound quality by itself, so if you want to set it up for a movie or football match you wouldn’t necessarily have to attach any speakers to it. Also if you are into gaming then the it will create an immersive experience with such a large image. Of course the native resolution of 1080p Full HD gives fantastic detail so the Blu ray movies and Sky HD programmes will be shown in their true form, and the high contrast ratio of 50,000:1 makes even the really dark scenes appear detailed still.
For us, another strength of the HD29H is that it has multiple HDMI inputs, important for those connecting more than one source at a time (something like a Sky box and a Blu ray player) without having to change the cables around, just use the remote control to select which one you want to use. It is light enough to move it from room to room or even take to another house or you can also install onto the ceiling. Give us a call if you are thinking about installation as we offer this service throughout the UK. You do have a little play in where you can mount the projector to get the correct image size you wish, there is also keystone correction so you can be slightly off set from the centre to still project in the middle.
It could also cross over well as a HD business projector, as it is bright enough to display presentations and video clips in conference rooms or small halls. It has a long lamp life of 15,000 hours so no need to worry about that going anytime soon. Overall, this is a great entertainment projector with great features.
